State of Mind Wellness - Our Story

At State of Mind Wellness, our vision is to create a world where mental health is a top priority and everyone has access to quality a mental health clinic. We believe that mental health is just as important as your personal physical health and we are committed to breaking down the barriers that prevent people from receiving the mental health services they need.

State of Mind Wellness is currently a telehealth only mental health clinic . We will be opening our office at 207 N. Jackson St in Frankfort, IN soon! 

We offer medication management for various mental health conditions from the convenience of your own home. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care to all of our clients.

We take a client-centered approach to mental health care, recognizing that each client is unique and has their own set of needs and goals. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
